Got to the trailhead at 5:30 am so there were not many other hikers. We didn't pass anyone (or get passed) until we crossed devil's backbone.  It was a tough hike but we made it! It was very windy and cold at the top but it felt great! We came down via baldy bowl which was very steep. Great hike!
