I hiked out of sequence because I am trying to avoid the heat, yes I live in Arizona.

It was just as described, lovely shaded trail, more intense slope, altitude gain.

The views were disappointing compared to Sedona, and the Martian Antennae Satellite Base left a little to be desired.
