Majority of the trail was well maintained and marked.  The most difficult part of the hike was about 1 mile before reaching the top.  This part of the trail is not maintained and very steep.  The weather was partly cloudy and cool.  Distance is approximately 10.4 miles.  We enjoyed watching two rabbits cross the trail, a butterfly and a few bees / bugs along the way.  I went with a group of friends, my best friend and her partner.  We were an awesome team.  Shared stories, laughed and encouraged each other along the way.  Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of nature.  I couldn't had asked for anything better.  Perfect day with beautiful friends in my happy place.
