Great weather, great trail conditions, great hike! Took me five hours to complete the loop, started around 1:30 finished at 6:30. Hardly anyone was on the mountain, and all of the snow has melted away. Going up from Manker Flat, the trails are all dirt roads until you hit the top of the ski lift. Then there are two parts, one before Devil's Backbone and the other just below the summit, that are very steep. But once you push past them you're at the summit! I took the Baldy Bowl trail down, but honestly with how steep it is I'd recommend just going back across Devil's Backbone. An extra two miles is worth it to avoid the gravel slip-and-slides.
