This trail is the best hike I have yet to go on.  Unfortunately, it was raining when we started so I left my phone in the car to keep it from getting wet.  The weather meant the mountain side was foggy which gave everything a magical quality to it.  The jagged peaks, tumbling water, and calling trail were beautiful as they emerged and fought their way out of the shroud.

Besides the epic views on the mountain, over the approaching hills, into the valleys behind, the climb itself is fantastic.  The trail is varied and interesting with scrambles, trees to navigate, and steep slopes to navigate.  This has become my go to hike to get people interested in hiking or to show off Washington's beauty.
