Road suitable for all vehicles

Bugs were not too bad

Snow:

Intermittent snow – not hard to cross

It was sunny and beautiful the entire hike. Patches of snow only toward the summit.

We started around 10:30 a.m. and were back at our cars just after sunset. 16.6 miles is the longest day hike I’ve ever attempted. I was slightly in pain walking back to my car but it was worth it.
