So, I hope this hike counts since I took a slightly different route to summit. On this day, I went for the summits of both Horseshoe and then Sherman. I followed the trail for Horsetooth first and then traversed the ridge line 2.7 miles to meet the trail for Sherman and then descended the standard route for Sherman. If anyone feels this is not a legitimate summit, please let me know. Since these two peaks are so close together, it just seemed like the logical thing to do.
