Went clockwise on a very hot day (in the 70s), started at 11 am, and got back at 6 pm (with 2 20 min sandwich breaks), right before dark.

50% of the trail was quite buggy (especially the first big climb, when I needed to really BREATHE HA)

90% not shaded, which makes the big climb a bit harder for me

There were 2 big climbs, the first one is from mile 4 to 6 and the second one is mile 12 to 14. The first was pretty steep with pebbles, the heat at noon made it challenging for me. The second climb was not as steep but I was a bit tired by then, but still managed to complete it with more water breaks.

Lastly, I went on a Friday and did not see anyone on the trail.
