This was a beautiful hike. We arrived at 6:15am, so there were plenty of parking spaces at the trailhead. The forest was beautiful, lush, and very green, unlike most of what I have seen in SoCal. Bugs were annoying but DEET repellent helped. There were a few places where it was easy to get lost, so I recommend some sort of GPS navigation as back-up. View from summit was amazing, but unfortunately there was no marker.
