It was a great day. We camped in dispersed camping about 2 min down from the trailhead. We started about 10 til 5am. The trailhead has several parking spots that are right next to the road. You really cannot miss it. It was slightly raining but there was good tree cover for about 1/2 of the hike. The last 1/2 mile or so is a scrabble and the book that I reference labels that section as a category 2. But the views were unbelievable. This was probably one of my more challenging 14'ers. But I definitely want to try and do a few more of the collegiate peaks now!
