Hot!!!!! Hot!!! Hot!!!!
started at 3:30 which is late!
it’s was warm and humid. This hike goes up up up and then it does down to the basement and back up again and back down again. It’s a little roller coaster of love. Coming back was a bit brutal due to the heat. It was 9am and at least 90 degrees that felt like a thousand degrees and there is no shade.
you need at least 4 liters of water and try and freeze your water. Sunblock, hat, and dry fit clothing is best.
