18miles hike thru devils backbone which is less steep.  Hiking pole is a must, bring lots of water and light jacket, hot and windy at noon.  One tiny section on devils backbone is really narrow and risky, and windy, wear the right shoes. Personally think it’s easier than Cucamonga peak. Don’t recommend going down thru ski hut trail if u don’t like it too steep. I went up and down thru devils backbone. Loved the hike and view. Worth it. No snow.
