Mount San Jacinto was the first of the true six-pack that we hiked this year! We camped Friday and Saturday night at the Stone Creek Campground, so we were just a 5-10 minute drive away from the trailhead. The upper parking lot was closed, so that added about 1 mile to the trip (12.8  miles and ~4,400 ft gain). We started around 9 am and finished a bit before 5 pm, with plenty of time for lunch, bathroom breaks, and a photo shoot at the summit (even though the sign was missing).
