Got a morning start along the Dipsea Trail up to aptly named Steep Ravine Trail. Really enjoyed the waterfalls along the way. Saw a few other hikers on this section as I got closer to the ranger station. Heading up the Old Stage Road, saw a big group of runners heading down from the summit. The weather was perfect, with (mostly) clear skies that allowed great views to Mt. Diablo and Mt. St. Helena. Plenty of folks on the summit, and many groups of people along the Matt Davis trail on the way back to Stinson Beach. Turns out a lot of people weren’t aware of the reservation system for Muir Woods, and they hit theses trails instead.
