My sister and I arrived at 9:30am Saturday morning and there were quite a few spots at Pantoll. The views were phenomenal and got better the higher we climbed. We started on the Alpine trail, then Matt Davis to Hoo-Koo-E-Koo to Vic Haun to Temelpa, and finally Verna Dunshee and Plank Walk to the summit. We returned via the Old Railroad Grade and then at the West Point Inn caught the Nora trail to Matt Davis trail to Alpine. We had planned to summit Mt Tam a few weeks ago but the rain and low fog prevented it.
