I did this hike with my 9 year old son and 7 year old daughter. I think we’ve become a bit sluggish since Covid b/c the trail isn’t that hard but it was a tough hike for us – it was hot and we started at the top and headed down which makes for a long 2nd 12. I was surprised to see a lot of people on the trail without masks. I know it’s hard to wear one the entire hike, but at least having one you can pull up when passing people. View from the top is nice but not a ton of scenery during the hike.
