Hiking Mount Wilson was definitely a challenge and interesting. I was suppose to meet up with a group of people but they never showed. When I started I was only going to go as far as I could and then return but I noticed that I had enough energy to keep going. I was doing great up until I reached the 1.4m mark. My body slowly started to shut down and I kept taking more breaks. Towards the last part of the mountain more people kept passing me up which was okay. When I had about .5m my right leg started getting a charliehorse luckily for me I met some people that kept going up and all wearing the same hats. They were extremely kind and asked if I was okay or if I needed water, electrolytes, etc. I was okay which they insisted. Turns out that they were 3H hiking group. No more questions asked they adopted me into their group and let me join them for the rest of the hike. We laugh and spat when bugs went into our mouths. Over all it ended up being great because I met new people and now they are good friends.
