What an amazing thing $5 can buy!! The best money ever spent! I finally got a bug net and was I ever glad!! The bugs here were terrible!!! Thanks to the net though I wasn't phased by them. There were many people on the trail who saw the net and wished they had one too. I could have made some good money if I brought extra to sell. 😀 There were a couple spots on the trail that were slightly difficult to pass. It looks the trail had worn away. This was on the upper falls trail. For some reason this was a difficult hike for me. It could have been a combination of not going to the gym regularly for about two weeks and not getting enough sleep or food the previous day. It showed me I need to be ready for a hike not just the day of, but what I do in the days and weeks leading up to a hike really prepare me for what's to come. Now back to the gym and proper eating and sleeping habits!
