Great hike. Clouds came in so there was not much of a view at the top. We started off from Lake Poway at around 6:40 – once we made the turn up away from the lake toward Mt. Woodson trail we didn’t see any other hikers. Once we got up around Potato Chip we passed some people coming down. Spent a few minutes at the top and started down. We passed many hikers the whole way down. Definitely recommend getting an early start.
