Bugs were not too bad

Snow free

Great Trail to summit Potato Chip from Lake Poway side.

Parking was virtually empty with about 3 cars near the starting hiking point.

I took my 6 year old son for this adventure since he was intrigued by the potato chip shaped rock.

All in all, some bugs but nothing major. The weather was warm and hot in certain areas which made it more tiring.
