Great hike today up Icehouse Canyon to Icehouse Saddle and then on to Ontario Peak via the Ontario Peak Trail and Ontario Ridge. Very crowded on the trails today. We arrived at the Icehouse Canyon Parking Lot just after 5am and there was limited parking left in the lot. By 5:30, all spaces were taken.
We had perfect weather and trail conditions. I think maybe 3 patches of snow near Kelly Camp. easily traversable without spikes.
