Finally a hike that was not 90+ degrees! This was a lovely hike, exactly the stated distance of 8 miles, and with a fair amount of shade (we started at 6:00am). The trail was clear and easy to follow but it was a steady 4 miles up! We were rewarded with nice views but it was hazy and smoky so we could not see landmarks as we had hoped. Now all the Dirt Tribers have completed the 6 Pack or a 7 Pack!
