Baden-Powell, had the amazing views during the drive to the parking lot. I arrived at 11 am and parking lot was already full since I arrived a little late for the day. There wasn't much hikers around other than the other visitors going the other way or the spring i think. It was cold and most of the trail was covered with snow and can be difficult for hikers who weren't wearing hiking boots or shoes. the weather was warm but I was at the side of the mountain that wasn't receiving much  of a sun light. Social distancing has been observed throughout the hike and people are nice to let most of hikers pass through. I reached the peak at 2 pm and I was able to enjoy peak for myself again. the flag was present as well as the monument which was dedicated to the founder of Boy Scouting. I pretty much had the trail going down by myself.
