Those first 2 miles are no joke. After that part it was really scenic and had small patches of snow that were fun to hike through. Initially I wasn't going to do the scramble to the summit out of fear, but we ended up doing it and I'm glad we did. It was windy and cold at the top, but the views were incredible. Overall pretty enjoyable.
