Trail snow-covered at times – Gear and expertise recommended

My 5th of 6.

On our 1st and 2nd attempt we had to turn around due to unsafe trail condition. Ice and knee deep snow made it hard to find and follow the true trail.

Finally made it on the 3rd attempt. There were still a lot of snow past Ice House Canyon Saddle.

This was a solo hike.
