I encountered a serious mental block with today's hike. I've done longer, harder, taller, etc. At the junction I felt I couldn't go anymore and decided that was it for me. I convinced myself it would be another 2 hours. After eating and resting I felt I had 1 final push in me. Reaching the summit literally took 15 min or less. I felt so accomplished and proud that overcame the mental block. The views were amazing.
