I was super excited for this hike because it was my first time up Ontario. We had 7 in our group. Most of them had done it before but a couple if us were first timers. I took sooo many pics. The flowers were amazing. The ruined buildings. The cabins. The river. The crazy rocks that looked like petrified wood! So many beautiful things to see. When we started out there was hardly anyone there but by the time we were headed down from the summit it was a pretty steady stream of people coming up. I thing at that time quite a few folks were still out of work or working from home due to Covid19. I'm looking forward to when everyone gets back to work so I can enjoy the benefit that comes from being retired of hiking midweek and having a lot of solitude on the trails. We stopped and filled out water bottles from the spring. Nice and cold! I enjoyed seeing the campsite up near the top. Looks like it would be a nice place to stay. Wish there was water close by though.

Hauling in water sucks. Also sucks seeing graffiti painted on rocks and trees. Who does that?
