When July came and we had not hit up Ontario, we knew it was time. July 19th was a hot day for a hike. We had the pleasure of running into a rattlesnake slithering his way across the trail right near Big Horn Saddle. As we neared the summit we ran into forestry service cleaning up the trail. We thanked them for their work and went on our way. I was more than thankful to finish the hike that day and get out of the sun.
