This was the first hike of the challenge and we were eager to start it. Beautiful weather and we started at about 7:30 am. It took about an hour to get to the top with a mix of running and walking and once we reached the potato chip rock, we kept going until the very top.
We ran most of the way downhill which turned out to be very fun!
great start to the challenge!
