Day Three Hike. Paulina Peak was a quite pleasant hike. We started at the TH and worked our way up the crater. Wonderful forest community with a variety of views. We took it pretty easy, lots of snow/frost on the White Pine and nutcracker photos. I enjoyed the informational plates. The Big Obsidian Flow and Paulina Lake were really cool. Friendly drivers at the top (so it goes…ting-a-ling). Given the quick trail, we located the springs nearby and did another photo op at the falls. Then made our way into Bend for supplies; brewery and bite stop. Much like Paulina, Crux did not disappoint. Another solid day.
