Shenanigans!
It took 2 tries to accomplish this feat the weekend prior to I attempted via Sunset Vista Trail as Hunter Trail head had been closed due to capacity and overcrowding. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for the extra 3 miles (6 round trip) and ended up circling back and returning to the trail head.
I must say my fears got the better of me leading up to this hike BUT, I actually enjoyed this trail very much.
The views were amazing and the cables although challenging mentally and physically made for a GREAT hike!
