Hiked this mid-day, which I normally try to avoid, especially in the heat. Fortunately the first 2/3s is pretty well shaded, and there were some nice breezes along the way.

It was a cloud-less day, and only saw one other couple on the trail (on their way down from the summit). The views were spectacular, and the skies still very clear.
