We originally planned on doing Mount Wilson, but the trail head was closed due to an alleged bear attack, so we went to Baldy. From Marker Flats up to the Ski hut, the trail is in good condition, from the hut up to the peak, roughly 60% of the trail had snow. We did not have any snow/ice gear, so it was a little difficult to navigate. The snow was passable with out crampons/micro spikes, there were several people with regular running shoes on the trail. From the peak, we took Devils back bone down, this route was in much better condition than the way up. Only minimal areas with snow going down to the ski lifts. The weather was great, not much wind, clear skies
