I have conquered my fear of heights enough to handle switchback, but I knew this hike would be a real test.  It was a great challenge and definitely wasn't boring.  One set if cables had me wanting to turn around and go home, but I didn't thanks to a friend and it felt great to reach the top.  Will do again!
