It was a good hike but hard. Hard in a sense that after about 8 months since our last hike, let me say that I did not acclimate to the change of elevation very well. We had to take a lot of stops and rests just so my body could recover. Thanks to my dear lovely wife who patiently pushed me and encouraged me and of course became my determination to keep going. After a lengthy time on the trail, we made it to the top. All worth it! The view was spectacular.
