First few min of the hike, we wanted to make sure all our gear and clothes (long sleeve or short sleeve) were in the right place before we began. Made it through the brush, up to the top where a chair used to be before pulling out our treking poles. Once we started around the mountain ridges we were surprised by how many people talk very loud and possibly dont realize how far their voices travel. We did let a few couples pass us, just so we could have a more peaceful hike. Other than that one negative, we enjoyed going on this hike again, it requires a good amount of quad and calve strength. This trip we didnt get to the trail head until around 2pm, finished around 6/6:30pm PST. We were prepared and brought headlamps, with was creepy but also very cool to watch the sun go down.
