Arizona Six-Pack of Peaks is completed! This was our 6th hike. After doing Humphreys Peak last week, this hike seemed fairly easy. Fortunately there was no snow or ice on the trail. There was some ice on the trees and plants near the top, which was very pretty. The biggest challenge was the 6 miles of dirt road to the trailhead but it is passable for any vehicle. There are a lot of potholes, so go slow. The trail at the beginning was flat and covered in pine needles so it was a little hard to see, but we were able to follow it. After less than a quarter of a mile the trail was very easy to follow. The trail is mostly dirt and gravel. There are some larger rocks and boulders here and there the higher you go, but nothing difficult. The trail is a steady climb, with some switchbacks, but nothing too steep. According to my watch, it was 10 miles round trip with 2600 ft elevation gain. We had the trail to ourselves and only saw two other hikers who just hiked partway.
