We hike Mount Wilson at 6:25 a.m.  the temperature was 40 degrees. Once we started our hike the incline was gradual and the cold air made it hard to breathe unless you had a face mask.  While hiking the trail the winds pick up and it was hard to try to keep your body warm.  The trail has plenty of shade during this time.  It's so quiet and peaceful. Once we hike to the Summit the winds got stronger. We were able to refill our water bottles and use the restrooms. Next to The Observatory we encountered two deer. The Cosmic cafe was closed. We sure enjoyed each other's company while hiking Mount Wilson. We finished our hike at 3:12 p.m.
