We headed out Friday afternoon and arrived at the trailhead around 6:30PM. Hiked the ~6 miles up to Limber Pine Bench Camp and setup under the stars. We had the entire mountain to ourselves, and didn't see a soul until after summiting around 8:30 on Saturday morning.
The weather was already turning chill, with lows in the low 40s at night; we were happy that some new camping gear worked well to keep the chill at bay.
Back down the mountain by 1PM, in time for a late lunch.
