San Gorgonio was the beast that I was anxiously anticipating. It did not disappoint! It was beautiful with amazing views. Like many have said, the climb for the first mile or so was steep and gets your heart pumping! The creeks and and lush trees were picturesque and provided so much shade. The rocky climb was my least favorite part and the last few miles to the peak were brutally challenging. My legs felt like lead and my breathing was labored at 11,000 ft. But, it was so worth it!!
