After a long hiatus due to the devastating widespread state forest fires, Los Padres National Forest has been reopened and I was able to complete my sixth and final hike of the SoCal Six Pack of Peak 2020.  I decided to do the 3-2-1 Challenge, why not.  First stop was Mount Pinos.  The hike to Mount Pinos was easy, relaxing hike with wonderful view points.  Next stop Sawmill Mountain.  A little challenging, but not to hard.  The giant triangular cairn is an amazing art work.  With the presence of this art work, you will be awe with the spectacular views of the San Joaquin Valley.  It gets windy up at Sawmill Mountain.  Next stop Grouse Mountain.  Hiking to Grouse Mountain, I felt I was entering a mystical, enchanted forest.  The forest was thick.  I felt a spiritual presence was guiding me through the forest.  I didn't see any wild animals on my way to Grouse Mountain.  There's no view at Grouse Mountain, but it's a peaceful, relaxing place to escape from the stress of life.  Overall, a beautiful hike to complete my SoCal Six Pack of Peak for 2020.
