The written description says to take Gould and Thunderbolt trails but when you zoom in on the map it has Gould, AT trail and bellows pipe trail highlighted in blue and not thunderbolt.  We opted to go up Gould and down Thuderbolt and finished a little on bellows pipe to get back to car.  IMPORTANT…if you have bad knees go UP thunderbolt rather than coming down that way.  Some sections were rather steep and although going up may be slow going it will save your knees the downclimb.
