Set and Rise on Cucamonga Peak

Trail in good condition

Road suitable for all vehicles

Bugs were not too bad

Snow:

Snow free

Started the hike at around 11:30 a.m. to get to Cucamonga before sunset for an overnight to get the sunrise.

Got to the peak at around 6:30 p.m. and was pleased to see the setting sun.

Woke up the next morning at around 5:30 a.m. ate breakfast and got to see the rising sun.

Overall this was a great hike. Would recommend this during the week and not on weekends as there was a substantial crowd of hikers during the decent back to the trailhead.
