Wow, I can’t believe I did this 😳. Started off at 8:37 am after not sleeping the night before and a two hour drive to get to the mountain.  Myself, a friend and my devoted service dog Honey Bear began the task with enthusiasm.  What a Gorgeous day!!!!  We did not reach the Summit until 12:30.  Ouch.  Mid fifties, not physically fit – but We did it.  🏔

The decent 🥴 …. trails were poorly marked, no arrows at cross roads to keep you on track.  We followed the trails required (thunderbolt on the way up) and (Gould) on the way back.  Needless to say our hike ended up being 10.8 miles total.  At the car at 5:23 pm.  I guess we took a wrong turn somewhere.  Either way I am so proud of us completing it.  5 more to go in under two months – we’ve got this.  Oh!  I slept like a baby when I finally reached my bed 🤣
