This is hike number 7! I technically finished the challenge a few weeks ago with an alternate hike due to the fires…. but… It was not good enough for me. I had to hike the last original hike of the challenge. Now I am feeling more official! I was thrilled to find out the trail had opened up! It was a beautiful day. The weather was perfect!! Not to hot. It was a little windy towards the top. Love, Love hearing the wind blowing through the trees! No matter where we were on the trail it had amazing views. As always, My hiking buddy Jodi and I met other Six Pack of Peak challengers along the way. I have to say this is one of my favorite trails. Not to steep going up and going down the trail was easier than I thought it would be. I would definitely hike this one again!
