Cold and Crisp day on our hike to Sitton Peak. Always a great time bonding with the trail sisters. Ran into people on the trails who is doing the 6POP challenge and shared stories.

  1. Ok, stupid question but I have to ask as a new challenge hiker. I notice all the pictures include a sign with elevation of the mountain climbed. Is this something they bring up with them? I can’t recall seeing these signs on peaks.

    1. Not all of the photos include a sign for the peak, and it is DEFINITELY not required. Take a look at my hike logs and you’ll see what I mean. Take a photo of the view from the peak. Take a summit selfie. Take a pic with the sign (if there is one). Or not. It’s up to you.
