Not many other hikers out on a Monday. I had the peak to myself. As always, the last 1/2ish mile up and down is the toughest. Took Bear Ridge at 4 corners for the hike back. Didn't see anyone on it. Came across one snake but it wasn't a rattlesnake.
Hi! We saw you on our way in 🙂 We had the peak to ourselves too, we stayed too long and ended up hiking the last 2 miles in the dark.
I love having a peak all to myself. It is really a special kind of solitude. Great job!
