Lovely, uncrowded, interesting sights along the way (including the wreckage of an aircraft from a 1986 crash).  Last 1/4 mile is a scramble, had a slip & fall on the way down (nothing serious! just embarassing!).  Hiking boots > trail runners. We finished in a little over 5 hours.
