It was a warm day, not as warm as the two previous days, but there's not a whole lot of shade along this trail. I titled it Sit Down Peak because the last 1/2 mile is very steep and technical (in my opinion) and even scarier going back down, it might be better to “Sit Down” on some parts of the descent. LOL. Anyway, it was a gorgeous hike with lots of wildflowers blooming and honestly the climbing is pretty gradual until you get to the last half mile, that's where you have to work for it! But the summit has amazing 360 degree views. It's a long hike though, at 10 miles round trip.
