getting there at around 7 in the morning gave us decent cloud cover from the sun for most of the hike. I did it with my dad, mom and younger brother. I think most people above the age of 11 could complete the hike but might be hard to do without proper hiking shoes. I was wearing a nice pare of OBOZ hiking shoes and still got blisters and sore ankles.
